Technical features:
1、成型器采用卷膜防附著技術(shù)，可降低拉膜的阻力和減少卷膜的變形。
1. The bag former adopts anti-adhesion technology of roll film， which can reduce film pulling resistance and reduce deformation of the roll film.
2、橫封封刀采用水中熔切技術(shù)，黑龍江包裝機(jī)，讓封合時袋中液體與空氣隔絕。
2. The horizontal sealing cutter adopts the technology of melt cutting in water to isolate the liquid in the bag from the outside air during the sealing.
3、放膜部分設(shè)計有消菌池，袋裝沙拉包裝機(jī)，清洗池和紫外線殺菌燈，三道清潔工序保證卷膜的清潔。

5、托卸袋機(jī)構(gòu)采用雙氣缸控制，在橫封封合時，模仿人的手往上托著袋子。保證袋子是熔斷而不是拉斷。
6. The holding and unloading bag mechanism adopts double cylinder control， it imitates the action of human hands to hold the bag during the sealing of transverse sealing mechanism so as to ensure the bag is broken by melting instead of snapping.
